About

I've sat in nearly every seat in the building.

I'm Jordan Thayer, founder of Pallaward, based in Nashville. I've worked in sales, recruiting, purchasing and operations, then on the executive team through two sales of the same company. Along the way I became the bridge between operations, finance and IT, the person who gets all three working in concert. That range is why I see a business end to end, and why owners can hand me the messy middle of growth, an acquisition or a new system.

How I work
  • I learn the business from the inside before I recommend anything.
  • I judge an idea by what it returns.
  • The teams I like best ask "why should we?" instead of "why can't we?"
  • I'd rather build your team's ability than its dependence on me.

Jordan Thayer has been an incredible asset to our organization. From the moment he began working with us it was clear that he had the desire to learn about us and our product. He is incredibly quick at assessing one's needs and adept at helping you to think through the necessary steps in order to succeed. Working alongside Jordan has been a genuine pleasure. He asks the right questions, listens carefully, and translates complex operations into clear, actionable plans. I’ve rarely seen anyone take the level of ownership that Jordan does. You can trust that any project he is working on will be prioritized and approached with the focus of someone who has a personal stake in the outcome. Companies who are looking to align their people, processes, and technology would be fortunate to have Jordan and Pallaward in their corner.
